Bhortal Nritya is a type of devotional dance in Eka Sharana Naam Dharma. This dance is performed to the accompaniment of Ghosha hymns composed by Srimanta Sankaradeva. Mahananda Sutradhar and Narahari Burha Bhakat of Barpeta created this dance form.
